tool only. It does not provide legal advice. All outputs generated
by the platform must be reviewed by a qualified immigration
practitioner before use in any real case or submission to the
Home Office or any other body. Ascend General Consultants Ltd accepts no liability
for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
Immigration Workspace is a product of Ascend General Consultants Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 16315187.
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and Ascend General Consultants Ltd.
References to "we", "us", "our", and "the company" throughout these terms refer to Ascend General Consultants Ltd. References to "you", "your", and "the user" refer to the individual or organisation accessing Immigration Workspace.

Immigration Workspace is an AI-powered case management and document drafting platform built specifically for UK immigration practitioners including but not limited to solicitors, IAA-regulated advisers, immigration consultants, and HR professionals managing sponsored workers.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account whether or not you authorised that activity.
We offer two-factor authentication (2FA) and strongly recommend that all users enable this feature to protect their account and their clients' data.

Regulatory Responsibility: You remain solely responsible for complying with all applicable professional regulatory obligations including but not limited to IAA regulations, SRA rules, and any other regulatory framework applicable to your practice. Immigration Workspace does not provide regulatory compliance advice and use of the platform does not satisfy or substitute for any regulatory obligation.

Immigration Workspace offers the following subscription plans:
Full details of what is included in each plan are available on our pricing page at immigrationworkspace.com/pricing. Plan features, limits, and prices are subject to change. We will provide reasonable advance notice of any changes that materially affect your subscription.
All paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the billing cycle you select at the time of purchase. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the applicable subscription rate.
If a payment fails we will notify you by email and attempt to process the payment again. If payment continues to fail after reasonable attempts your account may be downgraded to the Free plan or suspended until payment is resolved.

Additional AI generation credits may be purchased as one-time credit packs. Credit packs are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unused credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase.
You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time through your billing dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.
We offer a 7-day free trial of paid subscription plans. During the free trial period you will have access to the full features of the plan you selected without being charged.
At the end of your free trial period you will be asked to select a paid plan to continue using the platform. If you do not subscribe your account will revert to the Free plan with its associated limitations. Your cases and data will be retained for 30 days to allow you to export or subscribe.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing dashboard or by contacting us at support@immigrationworkspace.com
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date. You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods after cancellation.
All subscription payments are non-refundable except in the following circumstances:
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge in question to support@immigrationworkspace.com with full details of the issue. We will review all refund requests fairly and respond within 5 business days.
Following cancellation your data will remain accessible for 30 days to allow you to export your case files and documents. After 30 days all your data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems.
Data Export Reminder: We strongly recommend exporting all case data and documents before your 30-day post-cancellation window expires. We cannot recover data after permanent deletion. For export assistance contact support@immigrationworkspace.com
Critical Disclaimer: All content generated by the AI features of Immigration Workspace — including but not limited to cover letters, supporting statements, refusal analyses, risk scores, eligibility assessments, and case intelligence reports — is produced by artificial intelligence and must be treated as a draft only. All AI-generated outputs must be reviewed, verified, and approved by a qualified immigration practitioner before use in any real case or submission to the Home Office or any other body.
While our AI is trained specifically on UK immigration routes and Home Office requirements we make no warranty that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for any particular purpose.
Immigration rules and Home Office guidance change frequently. It is the responsibility of the practitioner to verify all AI-generated content against the current version of the Immigration Rules and relevant Home Office guidance before use.

Use of Immigration Workspace does not create any solicitor-client relationship, adviser-client relationship, or any other professional relationship between Ascend General Consultants Ltd and any user or their clients.

All intellectual property rights in Immigration Workspace — including but not limited to the platform software, design, code, AI models, prompts, training data, content, trademarks, logos, and documentation — are owned by or licensed to Ascend General Consultants Ltd.
Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for the purposes set out in these terms only.
You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to or create within Immigration Workspace including case information, client data, uploaded documents, and notes.
By uploading content to the platform you grant Ascend General Consultants Ltd a limited licence to process, store, and use that content solely for the purpose of providing the platform services to you. We do not use your client data to train our AI models.
Documents and outputs generated by the AI features of the platform using data you provide are made available to you for your professional use. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AI-generated outputs complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

GDPR Responsibility: When you use Immigration Workspace to store and process personal data relating to your clients and applicants you are acting as the data controller for that personal data. You are responsible for ensuring that you have an appropriate legal basis for processing that data and that you comply with all applicable data protection obligations. Ascend General Consultants Ltd acts as a data processor in relation to your clients' personal data.

Upon a verified deletion request all your personal data and case data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.
The client portal feature allows you to invite your clients (visa applicants) to access a limited view of their own case information. By inviting a client to the portal you confirm that:
The secure case sharing feature allows you to create time-limited read-only links to share case information with colleagues. You are responsible for ensuring that case sharing is only used for legitimate professional purposes and in compliance with your data protection obligations.

Use of these third party services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We select third party providers that meet appropriate security and data protection standards.
Immigration Workspace is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind whether express or implied including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law Ascend General Consultants Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of clients, damage to reputation, or any other commercial or economic loss arising from or in connection with your use of Immigration Workspace — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law our total liability to you for any claim arising from or in connection with these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you to us in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We aim to maintain high platform availability but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to Immigration Workspace. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to:
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature of Immigration Workspace at any time. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of significant changes that materially affect your use of the platform. We are not liable for any loss resulting from changes to or discontinuation of any platform feature.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in providing the platform resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, government action, infrastructure failures, or third party service outages.
Immigration Workspace may contain links to third party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third party website or service. Access to third party services is at your own risk.
Our AI features are powered by Anthropic's Claude AI. Use of the AI features of the platform is subject to Anthropic's usage policies in addition to these terms. We are not responsible for any changes to the availability or capabilities of the underlying AI model.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your full payment card details on our systems.
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription through your billing dashboard or by contacting us at support@immigrationworkspace.com
Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid subscription fees except as set out in Section 6 of these terms.
We reserve the right to terminate your access to Immigration Workspace immediately and without notice if:
Upon termination all licences granted to you under these terms will immediately cease. You must stop using the platform. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply including Sections 7, 8, 9, 12, 13, and 17.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or your use of Immigration Workspace we encourage you to contact us in the first instance to seek an informal resolution at:

We will endeavour to respond to all complaints and disputes within 5 business days and to resolve matters fairly and promptly.
If informal resolution is not possible any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales unless applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:
Your continued use of Immigration Workspace after the effective date of any updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms you must stop using the platform and cancel your subscription before the updated terms take effect.
These Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein constitute the entire agreement between you and Ascend General Consultants Ltd in relation to your use of Immigration Workspace and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable or severed from these terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these terms to a third party in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with reasonable notice to you.
